- Expertise in modeling, texturing and lighting.
- Create high quality work that has a big WOW effect.
- Expert in animating. [Not only limited to character animations]
- Experience in exporting optimized Collada files for use with Papervision 3D for Flash.
- Cinematic experience is a bonus.
- Realistic in time estimations.
- Able to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.

Motion Designer

Ideal Candidate Should have:

- Expert in Adobe After Effects.
- Excellent skills in Photoshop, Premier and Illustrator.
- Excellent cinematic skills.
- Well known with the different plug-ins for After Effect and their usage.
- Excellent Keying skills.
- Excellent animation skills.
- Ability to storyboard and create animations based on storyboards done by others.
- Experience optimizing video for web delivery (Flash and Silverlight).
- High level of professionalism.
