Terms & Conditions

1. Product.

The Company will offer a unique website for the client according to the following order:

• Domain Registeration
• Making a Unique Layout.
• Implementation of the layout.
• Domain hosting
• E-mail hosting ... etc.

2. Period.

For twelve months (One year) :

• InterMediaWeb.lk will create a Web Layout according to the clients given details and to his wish.
[We always try to deliver Clients Web Layout in around three business days or under
(except in very busy periods it might be slightly delayed)so if you have not had them in this time-frame please assume something maybe wrong and contact us via phone

• When the layout is designed the client will receive an email with a link to his Website Layout.

• InterMedia Will work on the layout until its 100% approved by the client.

• Once the Layout is approved (100%) by the client.
(No changes will be made on the Layout – If so the client will be charged another LKR.19, 000/- as a new design)

• Then the Implementation will be done according to the client's 100% approved layout and will be uploaded to a DEMO site so then the Client can see his web page.
(At this time client should provide his/her Write-Ups so that the Website will be..)

• The Client should approve the webpage within 48 hours.
(If we didn't get any response from the client then we proceed for our next step and get the domain activated.)

• After the client's approval the company will Host the website on client's activated domain for twelve months.

• Prior to enter these twelve months BOTH parties should assign the agreement.
(Prior to 2 weeks before the twelve months end we will call our client to ask for his response)

• At the end of twelve months the client has to renew the domain registration with the relevant charges and the following year + Website access charges (Hosting).

3. Prices | Charges & Payment.

All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees. (LKR/Rs.)

• As per the web solution of the following - Budget Solution
- Mini Solution
- Pro Solution
- Premium Solution / Premium Promotion Solution

• For modules and extras should pay as according to the Price List.

• When signing the Contract/Agreement the client MUST pay 50% of his total Payment.
The rest 50% should be paid after the Web Layout is 100% approved.

• Payments should be made not later than 10 days of the Invoice by Cheque in favor of "InterMedia Web".

• For any delay payments an interest of 2 percent (2%) will be charged separately.

• All payments are Non-Refundable .

4. Domains.

InterMediaWeb.lk provides no kind of guarantee for the registration of the desired domain names, and accepts no responsibility for losses due to the lack of registration and payment.
The Association of Internet Provider’s (FIL) rules for registration, each time the applicable rules and InterMediaWeb.lk assumes no responsibility for losses following the changes.

5. Duty/Obligation of the company.

InterMedia Web.lk will protect the client's privacy and personal details and provide the best services available and expected by client.
[If there are any .LK Domain name Registrations the client’s personal details will be given to http://www.nic.lk]

InterMedia Web.lk further undertakes to update in their System and Server Updates and Sercurity Updates continuously.
(Not responsible to the users' connection to the internet and deactivated accounts.)

Not oblige to make any payment for delay losses interruption civil unrest data, failures, damages or losses in connection of war mobilization, insurrection natural disasters, strikes, lockout, goods missing or delays on deliveries of the sub contractors, fire, lack of transport and under any circumstances...etc.

6. Duty/Obligation of the client.

The client shall authorize the company by writing or by a power of attorney to deal with every thing that is necessary in Website Designing and Developing.

To make any necessary changes regarding the website or any faults/problems the client must provide an email to deal with the solution.
(The client must submit a Ticket if it’s regarding any Technical-support)

The clients are strictly prohibited to publicity the InterMedia Web solution as well as distributing or storing or displaying illegal software, games, music, movies, pornography, explicit content, selling copyrighted software without written authorized of the copyrighted owner, hacking sites or using hacking tools and linking to such material... etc.

Clients are also strictly prohibited to try and upload any viruses to the server, website or try to send-out any viruses through emails.
[Such behavior may cause account suspend without any further notice]

7. Disclaimer:

InterMediaWeb.lk will not hold responsible for any direct or indirect losses or any deficiencies on the part of the client.

8. Termination by InterMedia Web.lk

• Default of the payment.
If the client default to pay for 4 reminders the company rights to terminate the services without any written notice and without any payment in lieu of such termination.

• Breaches
InterMediaWeb.lk have the right to close the client's connection to our servers, and thus their website if: Client’s website has such an offensive content which can damage InterMedia Web’s image and reputation, the payment of benefits are not paid, the client does not comply with from time to time of delivery, from displaying, storing, making available or linking to any form of pornography or explicit content or from distributing or storing hacking tools of any kind.

9. Disputes.

Disputes under this order/subscription-agreement shall be settled according to Sri Lankan law, by the Judgment of the District of Colombo in Sri Lanka..
